Coronary heart disease is a condition caused by the buildup of plaque in the arteries flowing towards and derived from the heart. This health disorder is often known by several other names, including coronary artery disease, heart disease, and arteriosclerotic heart disease.
Causes of coronary heart disease and heart attack

Coronary heart disease is the result of inflammation of the fatty substances and other substances that form the buildup of plaque that accumulate inside the walls of your arteries. Because this artery has an important role to bring blood and oxygen to your heart, reduced blood flow can slow down or stop your heartbeat. Consequently, there can be a "heart stopping" condition that leads to death.

  • Herbs and spices, especially turmeric (curcumin) and raw garlic (also basil, chili, cinnamon,    curry powder, ginger, rosemary, and thyme)
  • Traditional teas such as green tea, oolong or white tea
  • Beans on Grains
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Raw dairy products, unpasteurised and poultry maintained in grasslands
  • Red wine to taste
