2. Nuts
Almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts, and peanuts are believed to increase libido and avoid impotence in men. Nuts contain raw materials for the production of healthy male hormones.

 3. Garlic
Garlic may be the last thing you want to eat before you pass a passionate night because of its strong aroma. But, garlic contains high allicin levels and increases blood flow. This effect is very helpful for men who have problems with erectile ability.

4. Broccoli and celery
There are foods that will improve your sexual appetite and increase libido. For example, celery that contains androsterone, an odorless hormone released through male sweat. Broccoli also helps remove excess estrogen, also increases testosterone.

5. Fish
Foods high in B vitamins like fish are the main factors in increasing libido. Vitamin B3 functions as anaerobic metabolism, which provides sexual energy and increases blood flow to the penis, as well as B6 in the prolactin regulator which is responsible for sexual satisfaction.

6. Dark chocolate
