How to prevent?
Of course the first thing you should start to apply in
your daily life is to drink plenty of water. Plain water can be processed
directly by the kidneys without the need for extra energy and without problems.
Make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water every day, or the equivalent of
2 liters of water.
Pay attention to the color of your urine. If it is dark
yellow, it indicates that you have not drunk enough. Then it's time for you to
consume enough water. Remember also not to get used to hold urination.
In addition to water, you can also consume vegetables and
fruit and foods that contain lots of water, such as soups, boiled and brothy
foods, to meet your body's fluid needs.
You also need to limit the portion of your salty food.
Don't consume more than 1 teaspoon per day. In addition to maintaining kidney
health, adequate salt restriction is also good for preventing hypertension.
Also limit foods that contain high oxalate, which can trigger the formation of
